The product

What is the 30-Night Reset? 30 soft lavender strips — one per night. The tape rests over your lips while you sleep so your nose does the breathing. No pills, no devices, nothing to swallow.

Can I actually breathe with it on? Yes. Your nose does the breathing — that's the whole point. Every strip has a small center vent, so there's always an opening. Give it two nights. Then it's nothing.

Will it stay on all night? That's the job. Press the wings down for two seconds and it's on until you peel it. It's a hold, not a lock — you can part your lips with a little effort, then press it back.

What's it made of? Soft woven fabric — not plastic film — infused with collagen, like your lip masks. A little skincare bonus while you sleep; the breathing is the point. The adhesive is drug-free and latex-free.
